Army chief broaches developments with French presidential envoy

Lebanon’s Army Commander General Rodolphe Haykal, welcomed at his Yarzeh office, the special envoy of French President Emmanuel Macron, Jean-Yves Le Drian, at the head of an accompanying  delegation, in the presence of French Ambassador to Lebanon, Hervé Magro.

The discussion reportedly touched on the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as ways to support the Lebanese army in light of the current challenges.
