Aoun says securing the return of Lebanese detainees held in Israel is a priority in negotiations

President of the Republic, General Joseph Joseph Aoun, affirmed to a delegation from the "Lebanese Association for Captives and Liberated Detainees" that the return of Lebanese detainees held in Israel is a priority in the negotiations, and that contacts are ongoing to release them, hoping to reach positive results as soon as possible.

The delegation visited President Aoun on Friday at Baabda Palace, headed by Ahmed Taleb, in the presence of MP Hussein Hajj Hassan.
