Public administrations, institutions to close on Christmas, New Year

Prime Minister Nawaf Salam issued an administrative memorandum stipulating the closure of all public administrations, public institutions and municipalities on Thursday, December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026, marking the occasion of Christmas and New Year.
Additionally, all public administrations, public institutions and municipalities will close on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, to mark the occasion of Christmas for Armenian Orthodox sects.
