What Will the Weather Be Like This Christmas?

The Forecast Department at the Meteorological Service of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects tomorrow’s weather to be partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with high-level clouds, a slight drop in temperatures, and occasionally active winds in the south of the country.
The bulletin stated the following:
General Conditions:
Relatively stable weather is prevailing over Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin, with temperatures above seasonal averages and cold conditions at night, especially inland and over the mountains. Some local instability is expected starting Tuesday afternoon.
Note: Average December temperatures are between 13 and 21°C in Beirut, between 10 and 19°C in Tripoli, and between 4 and 14°C in Zahle.

Partly cloudy with medium and high clouds and a slight rise in temperatures. Winds will occasionally be active in the north. Light, scattered drizzle is expected, especially in mountainous areas before noon, turning partly cloudy in the afternoon.
Monday:
Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with high clouds, a slight decrease in temperatures, and occasionally active winds in the south.
Tuesday:
Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with a further slight drop in temperatures, bringing them below seasonal averages. Humidity levels will rise from the afternoon, with fog forming on high elevations. Scattered drizzle is expected after noon.
Wednesday:
