Watch: Schools Send Students Home After Fire Erupts at Landfill

A large fire broke out at a landfill in Akkar, causing toxic fumes to spread and blanket the skies over neighboring areas. 

As a result, several nearby schools dismissed their students as a precaution to protect their health.
