Watch: Riachy Claims Scheme Aimed at Bankrupting the Country

Member of the Strong Republic Bloc, MP Melhem Riachy, has announced that the Lebanese Forces reject the approval of the financial gap law, saying it contains legal loopholes related to depositors’ funds and places the banking sector at risk of real bankruptcy. 

He added that the law reflects the implementation of non-Lebanese agendas, whether intentionally or unintentionally, that would lead to the country’s collapse.
