Berri Describes Relations With the President as Excellent

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri visited President of the Republic General Joseph Aoun and discussed with him the recent escalation of Israeli attacks, particularly the targeting of civilians, while stressing the need to strengthen the role of the Lebanese Army in the south.

After the meeting, Berri limited his remarks to saying: “My meetings with His Excellency the President are always excellent.”
