Berri sends condolences cable to Kuwaiti Emir

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and his spouse Randa Berri sent a cable to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, offering their condolences on the passing of Sheikha Badriya Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah.
