Aoun receives Bangladeshi Ambassador on farewell visit

President of the Republic Joseph Aoun received Ambassador of Bangladesh to Lebanon, Muhammad Jubayer Salehin, at Baabda Palace on a farewell visit marking the end of his diplomatic mission in Lebanon.
President Aoun commended Ambassador Salehin for his efforts in strengthening bilateral relations between Lebanon and Bangladesh, and praised the level of cooperation between the two countries. He also thanked Bangladesh for its role within the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), highlighting its contribution to maintaining stability in southern Lebanon.
The President wished Ambassador Salehin success in his future assignments.
