Short Break Before New Low-Pressure System

The Forecasting Department at the Meteorological Service of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation expects relatively unstable weather to prevail over Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin, with occasional scattered rainfall, active winds, and some snow on the mountains. The weather is expected to stabilize on Sunday. The region is also expected to be affected starting Monday afternoon by a low-pressure system centered over southern Italy that will gradually approach.

Partly cloudy to sometimes cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures, returning to seasonal averages. Fog will form over the mountains, with light scattered rain and some snow at elevations of 1,800 meters and above. Winds will be active.
Friday:
