Berri leads a series of meetings

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri received at the Second Presidency headquarters in Ain al-Tineh, former Deputy Speaker Elie Ferzli with whom he discussed the general conditions and the latest political developments.
Speaker Berri also received a delegation from the Council of Notaries in Lebanon, headed by Randa Abboud, with discussions touching on issues related to the work and conditions of notaries.
Berri later received a delegation from the Board of Trustees of the Al-Amiliyah Islamic Charitable Association, headed by its president Youssef Mohammad Beydoun, in the presence of Development and Liberation Bloc MP Mohammad Khawaja. Discussions reportedly focused on a number of educational issues, current challenges, and the importance of supporting the educational sector. The meeting was also an occasion to review the general situation.
