US officials arrive in Doha ahead of Iran talks

A White House official tells Al Jazeera that Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and a key figure in his Middle East policy negotiations, and Steve Witokoff, Trump’s special envoy, have arrived in the Qatari capital ahead of talks between US and Iranian officials in Oman, scheduled for tomorrow morning.
