Aoun Cancels Holiday Festivities in Solidarity with Tripoli and Southern Residents

MTV has reported that President Joseph Aoun has ordered the cancellation of the ceremonial honors and music planned for today’s Mar Maroun Day celebrations, including all forms of recognition, in solidarity with the suffering of Tripoli residents and in sympathy with the people of the South, especially those displaced from their villages.
