The Health Office of the Presidential Council Government in Marib Governorate, northeastern Yemen, announced the death of a 14-year-old and the injury of 22 others following a fire that broke out in a shopping center considered one of the largest in the city.
The injuries ranged from varying degrees of burns to cases of suffocation due to rising smoke. Field follow-up operations are ongoing, with all health facilities fully prepared to handle any additional cases that may arise, according to an official statement.
