Avichay Adraee, the spokesperson for the IDF, announced the following on X:

“Hezbollah’s activities are forcing the Israeli army to act against it with force in that area. Airstrikes are ongoing as the army is operating with significant force in the region. Therefore, for your safety, we once again urge you to evacuate your homes immediately and move north of the Litani River.

Anyone who is near Hezbollah members, facilities, or combat equipment is putting their life at risk. Remaining south of the Litani River may endanger your life and the lives of your families. Attention: any movement southward may put your life in danger.”
