Photos & Video: The Israeli army’s operations in southern Lebanon

The Israeli army announced that “forces from the 91st and 36th divisions continue to operate in southern Lebanon. Yesterday evening, troops from the 769th Brigade identified a Hezbollah cell, which was shortly afterward targeted and eliminated by the Israeli Air Force.
The forces also discovered and seized large quantities of weapons and propaganda materials. In a separate incident, troops from the 91st Division spotted additional suspects near Israeli forces who were considered a threat and were also targeted and eliminated.”
The statement added: “At the same time, troops from the 36th Division began conducting focused raids in southern Lebanon. During the operations, forces observed individuals entering a building near their position. A tank then fired at them, killing them. In addition, a building where commanders from the Radwan Force had gathered was targeted, along with a weapons depot belonging to the organization.”
