Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee wrote on X:
“Urgent warning to residents of southern Lebanon,
Hezbollah’s activities are forcing the Israeli army to act against it with force, particularly in your areas. The army does not intend to harm you.
For your safety, we call on all residents south of the Zahrani River to evacuate their homes immediately.
Anyone located near Hezbollah members, facilities, or military equipment is putting their life at risk.
Any building used by Hezbollah for military purposes may become a target.
Residents of southern Lebanon must move immediately north of the Zahrani River.
Warning: Any movement southward may put your life in danger.”
