Macron: France Ready to Host Lebanon-Israel Negotiations

French President Emmanuel Macron affirmed that "France is ready to facilitate and host direct negotiations between Lebanon and Israel."

He said: "Everything must be done to prevent Lebanon from sliding into chaos, and Hezbollah must immediately stop its reckless escalation."

He added: "Israel must refrain from carrying out a ground invasion and halt its airstrikes in Lebanon."
