An Israeli airstrike targeted a Lebanese army checkpoint in the Aamariyeh area in the Tyre district.
In a statement, the Lebanese Army Command announced: “One soldier has been killed and others were injured after an Israeli attack targeted an army checkpoint in Aamariyeh on the Qlaileh–Tyre road.”
