Israel Backs Down from Targeting the Masnaa Crossing for This Reason

MTV has learned that contacts made by the office of the Lebanese Prime Minister, in coordination with the Syrian presidency, Arab and regional parties, and international mediators, have led the Israeli army to refrain from targeting the Masnaa border crossing.

In recent days, Israel had threatened to strike the border crossing, one of the main land crossings between Lebanon and Syria, aiming to cut supply lines between the two countries.
