Lebanese Ambassador Nada Moawad has entered alongside the Israeli ambassador to the United States, together with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, his adviser, and the U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, Michel Issa, at the U.S. State Department ahead of the start of direct negotiations between Lebanon and Israel.
