Lebanese Army Urges Citizens to Delay Return to Southern Villages and Towns

The following statement was issued by the Lebanese Army – Directorate of Guidance:
“With reports circulating about a ceasefire agreement, the Lebanese Army Command urges citizens to wait before returning to southern villages and towns until the agreement comes into effect. It also calls on them not to approach areas where Israeli occupation forces have advanced.
The Command further stresses the need to adhere to the instructions of deployed military units to ensure safety, and to exercise caution regarding unexploded ordnance and suspicious objects left behind by Israeli aggression, and to report them to the nearest military center.”
