Photo: Israeli Army Replaces Christ Statue Following Debl Incident

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee said that “a short while ago, and in full coordination with the residents of the village of Debl in southern Lebanon, an Israeli army unit installed a new statue to replace the one that was damaged. The Northern Command has been coordinating the replacement since the moment the incident was reported.”

He added: “The Israeli army once again expresses its regret and is working to ensure such incidents do not happen again in the future.”
