Berri, Salam Review Developments as Israel Ceasefire Violations Persist

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri met with Prime Minister Nawaf Salam in Ain el-Tineh to discuss political and field developments amid continued Israeli ceasefire violations in the South, as well as the displacement file. Salam briefed Berri on the outcomes of his visits to France and Luxembourg.
Berri also met MP Ihab Matar, who called for ending Israeli aggression, withdrawal, prisoner return and accelerating a general amnesty law, while stressing commitment to the Taif Agreement and support for government stability and national cohesion.
