The Lebanese Presidency’s press office announced that President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, "did not give any press statement to any media outlet. Therefore what was published in some media outlets today regarding statements attributed to President Aoun is incorrect and adds to other statements that are entirely contrary to the truth."
