Watch: Urgent Appeal From Rmeich Via MTV To Save Patients

Residents of the town of Rmeich, through MTV, issued an urgent appeal calling for the transfer of several patients to Beirut for treatment.

They are also urging the Lebanese state to help them obtain a “safe passage permit” to travel to Beirut.
