The Health Ministry said the preliminary, non-final toll from airstrikes targeting buildings adjacent to Jabal Amel Hospital in Tyre has risen to four dead and 50 injured.
The strikes also caused extensive damage to several hospital departments, the parking facility and surrounding buildings. Authorities are continuing to assess the full extent of the damage and casualties.
