Suicide attack in Iraq's Shiite holy city kills 3

A suicide bomb attack left three people dead, including the bomber, and wounded 11 others in the holy Shiite city of Karbala 90 kilometers south of Baghdad, a police official said.
The blast occurred when the bomber detonated a suicide belt rigged with explosives in an area in between Imam Hussain and Hazrat Abbas shrines.
Earlier on Sunday at least four people were killed and 11 others were wounded in three separate attacks in Husseiniya area northeast of Baghdad.
