MP Qassem Hashem praised workers from Electricité du Liban and Murad Company for their efforts to restore electricity to villages in Marjaayoun, Hasbaya and the Arqoub region despite difficult conditions.
He also commended mobile operators and Ogero for restoring communications services, stressing that access to electricity, water and telecommunications is essential and that citizens must feel the presence of a state that delivers services through action, not promises.
