Watch: “Al-Sharaa Made Commitments,” Says Trump

US President Donald Trump revealed that Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa made a commitment to him regarding Hezbollah.
In response to a question about whether al-Sharaa had made any commitments to help deal with Hezbollah, Trump said: “Yes, he did.”
Speaking aboard his presidential aircraft while returning to Washington from Turkey, Trump added: “He is doing a great job. He has united Syria. I will not disclose what he told me, but yes, he made commitments. He was great tonight.”
