Watch: Brax Reassures Citizens that There Will Be No Fuel Crisis in Lebanon

George Brax, head of the Fuel Station Owners’ Syndicate, said Lebanon experienced a “partial fuel crisis” in recent days, with some areas, particularly the south and the Bekaa, running out of gasoline.
Speaking to MTV, Brax said, “We have been on edge for more than two months, as diesel supplies in international markets have become limited.” He reassured Lebanese consumers, however, that the country is able to meet its needs and that there is currently a surplus.
