Caretaker Culture Minister, Gabby Layoun, met with the newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon, Jiang Jiang, with whom he discussed most recent developments at the local and regional scenes.
The Chinese diplomat's talks reportedly focused on his country's wish to develop culture-related activities between Lebanon and China.
The meeting had also been an occasion to discuss China's essential role anchoring a peaceful solution to regional unrest.
