Meeting between Mansour, Ashton called off

The National News Agency reported that a scheduled meeting that was due to take place Tuesday morning between caretaker Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour and the EU’s first High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Catherine Ashton, was called off.
