The Development and Liberation parliamentary bloc member, MP Hani Koubeissi, warned on Friday that the flagrant divergence in opinion between the Lebanese was negatively affecting the Lebanese internal scene.
"Everybody is responsible for the ongoing developments on the ground," Koubeissi said in a radio interview, warning against security chaos at the absence of a united political stance.
Moreover, the Amal Movement MP said that House Speaker Nabih Berri would spare no effort to boost the role of the Lebanese Army in its endeavors to preserve the country's stability.
"We hope that a robust and united cabinet would be formed soon in a bid to control the security situation and to serve as an umbrella that protects national interests," he said.
Asked whether March 8 camp is willing to offer any concessions in the cabinet formation process, Koubeissi said, "what more could be required from us after we had already nominatedTammam Salam for premiership though he originally belongs to March 14?"
