Al Joumhouria newspaper learned that Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah presided over a partisan meeting during which he tackled the party's involvement in Syria where Takfiri groups are emerging.
Nasrallah stressed that the conflict in Syria is likely to be protracted but the "Syrian regime of President Bashar Assad will come out victorious".
Hezbollah chief considered that the recent security incidents across Lebanon aim at undermining the movement of the resistances and dragging it into the local political disputes.
Nasrallah reportedly accused "known Arab countries" of funding and shoring up the extremist phenomena that are clawing their way across Lebanon.
