In fact, Israel is now feeling the danger and considers intervention as inevitable to prevent any harm in the future hence, “an Israeli Navy submarine carried out last weekend an attack on an arms Syrian depot in the port of Latakia”, the British Sunday Times reported.
CNN reported from officials who declined to be named, that the attack was carried out by the Israeli Air Force on these depots. The target of the airstrike was Russian-made Yakhont anti-ship missiles. Other source pointed out to CNN that Russia was informed about this airstrike.
