Man reports the kidnapping of his brother in Zahle

The National News Agency stated that Ahmad Samir Maarouf has reported the kidnapping of his 41 year-old brother Sherif who is an expatriate living in Brazil.

According to Ahmad, his borther's car was found parked in Dhour Zahle, while doors were wide-open.
