Afghan Taliban: Pakistan still keeping Mullah Baradar

The Afghan Taliban said Pakistan has not freed yet their former second-in-command, Mullah Baradar, as promised and that his health has deteriorated in prison.

Mullah Baradar is seen by many in Afghanistan as the key to restarting peace talks with the Afghan Taliban.
