Abu Ghida receives file of charges against Refaat Eid

State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Sakr Sakr referred the file of charges issued against Refaat Eid to Judge Riad Abu Ghida.

The charges have been pressed after Eid had permitted the killing of the ISF Intelligence Bureau staff.
