According to IRNA, quoting a Lebanese security source, Hezbollah has saved itself from another carnage attempt by ISIS. The whole feat is circumscribed around dismantling a dormant cell, inside Beirut’s southern suburbs, which has been under Saudi prerogatives and a Lebanese and Syrian commercial cover.
Despite Hezbollah keeping things on the hush, security sources revealed that the party has been surveying two croissants shops in Haret Hreik and Bir el-Abed for the past year. Both shops turned out to be Saudi-backed ISIS dormant cells, hidden under a renowned franchise cover bought by the Kingdom.
The Iranian news agency noted that Hezbollah did not detain the terrorists, but handed documents relevant to the case, to the Lebanese Armed Forces, who resumed their investigations and ultimately detained all implicated individuals for questioning.
