Manjian: Communication channels are open with Future Movement

Caretaker Minister of State Panos Manjian said Tuesday that the neutral cabinet is originally the demand of the other party in order to keep Hizbullah party away from governing; however March 8 forces are working for forming an all-embracing cabinet that can stage the presidential elections to avoid the vacuum.
"The mistake happened since the consultations were launched, because of the extraordinary conditions which are not mentioned in the constitution such as the ministerial portfolios rotation," he said.
"Communication channels are open between Free Patriotic Movement and the Future Movement," Manjian concluded.
