Berri does not schedule legislative sessions

Parliamentary sources informed al-Diyar newspaper that there will be no oncoming legislative session since the presidential elections deadline is set to the 25 of the current month and stretches over 2 months.

Berri’s focal point not revolves around resolving cabinet issues and the confidence voting session, which are to take place should a Policy Statement be issued, followed by the presidential elections.
