Army Command: 23 people arrested in Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen

The Lebanese Army Wednesday arrested Mahmoud al-Masri over charges of firing a rocket shell towards Jabal Mohsen.

Another 22 people were arrested, one of which is Syrian, in Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen for involvement in celebratory gunfire, wandering without identification papers and resisting army officers.
