Assiri to al-Safir: Saudi Arabia supports the Army with actions

Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Awad Assiri reiterated the Saudi support for the army, noting that this support has persisted for a long time and the kingdom is used to translating its support with actions and donations.

In remarks published in al-Safir newspaper Wednesday, Assiri voiced hope that all Lebanese factions would deal with all the developments wisely, adding that supporting the army and the people is quite essential to thwart the threat ravaging border towns.
