Jreij: The Dar al-Fatwa incident calls for an immediate probe

Information Minister Ramzi Jreij denounced Sunday the attack against reporters, journalists and photographers who were doing their duty outside Dar al-Fatwa, voicing full solidarity with them.

"This incident calls for an immediate probe so as to find the culprits and sanction them," he said, noting that the necessary calls have been made and there will be a political and judicial follow-up so as to preserve the right of the press.
