ISIS Statement: We slaughtered soldier Abbas Medlej for attempting to escape

Captive Lebanese Soldier Abbas Medlej was slaughtered Saturday, following an attempt to escape, a statement released by ISIS read.

MTV correspondent Hussein Khreis, quoting a mediator communicating with the Islamic State regarding the captive Lebanese soldiers, stated that IS released a statement assuring that soldier Abbas Medlej, attempted to escape and shoot at IS militants and was beheaded as a result of his actions.
