Who's that girl found hanged naked on a tree?

A dead body of a girl was reportedly found in Zgharta hanged naked on a tree, with amputated limbs and her heart was removed; security forces rushed to the scene, social media reported Sunday.

However a security source told MTV website that the report is groundless.
