Mahfoud Calls for Swift Rescue of Drivers before Reaching New Crisis

Change movement Chief Elie Mahfoud called for swift action from the Lebanese government so as to release the Lebanese drivers kidnapped earlier on the border.

“We risk reaching a new crisis if those drivers were to end up captives for the Nursa front,” Mahfoud warned in a published statement.

As to the U.S-Iranian deal, he contested whether the ecstatic pull of reaching an agreement will make all agression dissipate from tehran to Hezbollah’s western suburbs.
