World Is Facing a Psychological Warfare: Machnouq

"Not only are we facing a physical warfare today but a psychological one," Interior Minister Nohad Machnouq said on Thrusday, undersoring the urgent need for Lebanon's security apparatus to upgrade and reinforce its human capital and technological assets.

The minister's comment was expressed on the sidelines of a meeting held with the British Ambassador to Lebanon, Hugo Shorter.

Shorter offered his deepest condolences for the victims of Burj al-Barajneh bombings, lauding the achievements and capacities of the official security forces.
