'Control of Syria' Game is Over: Wahhab

Tawhid party chief, ex-minister Wiam Wahhab, called Syria's opposition "blood mercenaries who are seeking from Geneva talks whatever they have failed to secure on the ground."

In a series of tweets, he noted that "the control of Syria game is over and troops who have entered it are hinging on defeat."

"The Syrians must acknowledge their reality, reconcile with it and return to the government fold," he added.

Commenting on the statement of Saudi FM Adel al-Jubeir, Wahhab said : "Jubeir repeats the same warning of potentially using force to topple down Syria, as if -- had it been within their power, (Saudi) would have chosen a different approach."
